Move-in handover form: keys, meter readings and notes

The first day of a tenancy sets the baseline. This compact form asks for the tenant's name, the property, the move-in date, the number of keys received, the readings of the electricity, gas and water meters, notes on the condition and a signature.

Who it is for

When to use it

Complete it together at the handover, with the meters in front of you. Meter readings let each party pay for exactly their own use, and photos or notes on the condition help later at the move-out.
