Donation pledge form for supporters
Supporters often want to say what they intend to give before they pay. This conversational form asks for a name and email, the amount in euros, how often (one time, monthly or yearly), whether to keep their name private and an optional message.
Who it is for
- Charities, community groups and clubs
- Crowdfunding campaigns and fundraising drives
- Churches, schools and associations asking for support
When to use it
Use it to gather pledges before a campaign, or as a simple way for people to say "count me in" while you set up a payment method. The option to keep a name private helps you respect donors who prefer to stay out of public thank-you lists.

The PDF your respondents receive
Each pledge is a PDF that confirms what the person intends to give. It is not a receipt for a payment: no money moves through Fillfold.

Questions people ask
- Does the form collect the donation?
- No. A pledge is an intention. Payments are not part of Fillfold today, so collect money through a bank, a payment provider or another service.
- Can a pledge be used for tax receipts?
- No. Tax receipts depend on actual payments and on your country's rules for charities.
- Is fundraising regulated?
- In many places, yes. Check what applies to your organisation.
