Employee satisfaction survey: a short pulse for your team
A short, regular survey tells you more than an annual one. This conversational form asks three scale questions, how happy people are at work, how manageable their workload is and how much they are growing, then two open questions: what should we keep doing and what should we change?
Who it is for
- Managers and founders of small and growing teams
- HR teams running a regular pulse
- Associations asking their members how things are going
When to use it
Send it at the same time every month or quarter, so you can compare. The form asks for no name, but in a small team, comments can reveal who wrote them. Say clearly how you will use the results, and act on them, or people stop answering.

The PDF your respondents receive
Each response is saved as a short PDF. For analysis, download all responses as a spreadsheet and work out the averages for each scale question over time.

Questions people ask
- Is it really anonymous?
- The form does not ask who you are, but we cannot promise complete anonymity. The service keeps a technical fingerprint of the source of each submission for abuse prevention. Be honest with your team about that.
- Can I compare results over time?
- Yes, by exporting responses to a spreadsheet and comparing the dates. Fillfold does not draw the charts for you.
- Can I add questions?
- Yes, but short surveys get more answers. Keep it to a handful of questions.
