Salon or beauty appointment request form

Booking by message means long threads. This conversational form asks for the client's name and phone number, the service (haircut, colour, nails, facial, massage or other), a preferred date, the time of day and anything you should know, such as allergies or preferences.

Who it is for

When to use it

Put the link in your social profile or on a card at the till. The note on allergies and preferences gives you a chance to prepare, for example by planning a patch test, before the client arrives. You confirm the exact time by phone or message.
